I just finished week 3. I did 55 today (with breaks, not exhaustion test), which is a huge leap from my initial 4. There is even a tiny but visible difference to my arms. I doubt I’ll be able to do a 100 in 3 or even 5 weeks. but at least I’m seeing results.
